How to Book


From the holiday page, click the "ENQUIRE OR BOOK" button and follow the step by step guide. 
Please Note that due to the complexity of some holidays, not all holidays are bookable on-line.  

You can now reserve your holiday online and then make your payment over the phone. Simply send us an email and quote the tour reference number when calling our telephone sales staff.
If you do not contact us within 48hrs, your booking will automatically expire. If you have any further queries, please call 0845 310 2929

A telephone answering service is available outside office hours.

Payment Methods
You can pay direct over the phone using your Switch/Maestro or Delta card. No charge is made for payment by cheque or bank transfer.

You may also pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Due to the fee levied by credit card companies, between 1.5 and 3% charge will be made on any balance payments made by Credit/Charge card.


When do I have to pay for my holiday in full?
The balance is required no later than 8 weeks before departure. If you are due to travel within 8 weeks of making the booking, payment is required in full when you book your holiday.   How do I know if my booking has been confirmed? If booking a holiday on-line, you will receive a note of confirmation and be allocated a booking reference number at the end of the procedure. Please print the page or write down the booking reference number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming the details of your booking. Further confirmation will be posted to you approximately 14 days later.

If you book by completing and posting a booking form, a confirmation/invoice will be sent normally within 14 days of receipt.
