The skies are clear, the risk of malaria is at its lowest, and animals are increasingly concentrated around the waterholes. Summer months between November and April bring rain, when migratory birds flock into the Etosha park's many habitats followed by bird watching in December in Caprivi Strip (Zambezi Region).
