Phinda Homestead

Message from the management.

It is with deep regret that we inform our guests that a fire broke out at &Beyond Phinda Homestead, on Friday, 16 December 2016. Unfortunately, the lodge has been rendered unusable. We will be bringing this enchanting safari villa back to life, with even more exceptional features, in early 2018.

We Love
  • Exclusive, intimate sole-use safari villa, ideal for families or groups of friends
  • Private 4x4 safari vehicle, butler, chef, and ranger and tracker team
  • Seven habitats allow for much greater diversity in species and landscapes
Need to Know
  • No single supplement is charged for the first two single rooms of a booking. Any additional rooms will be levied with a 50% supplement.
  • The lodge is not fenced off and we request guests be extremely vigilant at all times. Camp staff accompanies guests at all times when walking around the lodge at night.
  • Please note that park fees and government charges may apply. Speak to your travel consultant for more details.

Phinda Homestead

Phinda Private Game Reserve
Generous courtyards, ponds and living areas that open up to the landscape beyond embrace the surrounding bush, inviting it into the spacious interiors of Phinda Homestead. Large sliding windows give a sense of space and light. Beds are positioned to face the waking bush but there's no need to jump out of bed early - with a dedicated game ranger and tracker, as well as a private game drive vehicle, you set your own game drive times!
