Bali Jimbaran Bay Beach
Jimbaran Bay and the famous Jimbaran Beach is one of the famous locations in Bali for discerning travellers. Located on southwestern coast of the narrow isthmus connecting the Bali mainland and the Bukit Peninsula, Jimbaran has an endless stretch of white sandy beach, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
Jimbaran is a small fishing village where you can still find fisherman tending their boats and nets and sorting their catch for market. But as the sunset approaches, the villagers set up small cafes, offering fresh seafood grilled on charcoal and served with flavoursome spices. The variety served by these beachfront cafés is said to be the most exotic seafood in Indonesia and now well known as Jimbaran Bay Seafood.

Begin with several days of luxury and beachside relaxation in Jimbaran Bay. Jimbaran is predominately a working fishing village with the traditional jukung (fishing) boats. With some of the best sandy beaches in south Bali, it has many high-end villas in this area, particularly on the ridges of high ground above Jimbaran Bay.
This has resulted in monikers such as the "Beverly Hills of Bali" or "Millionaire's Row". A guide and driver will be at your disposal for a few hours each day, should you decide to venture to local shops and seafood restaurants.
Continue inland to Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali, where the spirit and culture of the island are most accessible. For more than a century, it has been the island's preeminent centre for fine arts, dance and music. Once a haven for scruffy backpackers, cosmic seekers, artists and bohemians; Ubud is now a hot spot for literati, glitterati, art collectors and connoisseurs.
Request for flexible touring of lush rice terraces, small villages, art and craft communities, ancient temples and palaces or try one of the many spas, yoga and meditation centres that are big news here, particularly after the bestselling Eat, Pray, Love.
